Suggested Use

Recommended Use/Purpose: Supports healthy immune system function. For oral use only.*

Recommended Dose: For internal use swallow 1 tsp (5ml) to 1 tbsp (15ml) up to 3x daily. For best results, take on an empty stomach. Alternatively can be used as a swish or gargle then swallow.
